S: 28-35 cm neck circumference,
Width: 2.5 cm

M: 35-50 cm neck circumference,
Width: 4 cm

L: 45-65 cm neck circumference,

Instructions for measuring neck circumference

The measuring tape is placed around the neck at the point where the collar will sit (approximately midway between the ears and shoulders). Two fingers should still fit under the measuring tape.

As an alternative to a measuring tape, a thread can also be used, which can then be measured.

Care instructions

To keep your gear clean, you can find our care instructions here.
You can easily remove coarse dirt with a soft brush. Light soiling can be easily removed with a damp cloth.

For heavier soiling, we recommend soaking the collar or leash for about 30 minutes in lukewarm water with a little mild dog shampoo. Other cleaners can irritate dogs with sensitive skin. Afterwards, brush gently and allow to air dry.

What do I need to consider when returning a product?

We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with the gear. If something isn't right, you can return the gear to us within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.

  • Condition of goods: The gear must be unused , clean , with tags attached , and in a resalable condition .

  • Credit note: Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. This usually takes 10 business days after receipt of the goods.

  2. Money-back guarantee: Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit for the returned items within 10 days to your original payment method.
  3. Place a new order: To receive the gear in the correct size or color, simply place a new order in our online shop. This way, we can ensure that your desired item can be shipped as quickly as possible.
